Happy Summer! This season we're offering a pozole-style, sweet and spicy, pork broth. Pozole is a traditional soup or stew enjoyed in Mexican cuisine. This dish typically has a base of pork, chile peppers, spices, and hominy - which is made from corn. We've taken a herbal and local twist on our pozole, by utilizing PNW berries, tomatoes, leeks, sweet onions, and fresh medicinal herbs and flowers.
